Is rosemary oil comparable to minoxidil?
A 2015 randomized trial compared topical rosemary oil with 2% minoxidil in 100 people with androgenetic alopecia (pattern hair loss) over six months. Both groups had increased hair counts at six months, with no statistically significant difference between groups. This does not establish that rosemary products are equivalent to minoxidil.
Does that study show this conditioner regrows hair?
No. The trial tested a topical rosemary oil preparation, not Demar’s conditioner. It does not establish regrowth, reduced hair fall, or medical treatment outcomes for this formula. The product’s rosemary description does not establish the same preparation or concentration used in the trial.
